Executive Condominiums (ECs) are designed to cater housings for the sandwiched class who exceeds the income cap for HDB flats (public housing) and yet insufficient purchasing power to purchase private properties. Purchase eligibility for ECs are governed under HDB regulations yet sales are conducted in similar manner as private condominiums.

Partition walls completed 5% of sales price

Carpark, roads, drains completed 5% of sales price
Obtained Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) 25% of sales price
ertificate of Statutory Completion (CSC); within 12 months from TOP date  15% of sales price either in manner of 13%+2% or 8%+5%+2%, depending on administrative progression.

Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS) for EC:
